Obligations for owners of male dogs
Owner of a male dog is obliged to pay special attention on the periods in which there are bitches in heat in the area where the dog is taken for walks or in the vicinity. Males are prone to running away at such times; it is recommended that the dog never be walked off leash, especially in such a period.
No male from this kennel will be bred prior to 18 months of age, or after 9 years of age, nor will he be used for breeding more than three times per year . No male from this kennel will be used for breeding with a female, prior to having undergone health testing, to establish his excellent health.
Part III - Obligations of the kennel
Each puppy raised in this kennel has come into the world because the selected parents (sire and dam) come from high quality bloodlines. The breeder is responsible for selecting the puppy in accordance with the future owner and conditions in which the puppy will be raised. The breeder's experience gives her the right to make such a selection and offer a puppy of her choice.
No puppy or adult dog from this kennel may be sold, given, alienated or turned over to an asylum/kennel . If, for any reasons, the owner is unable to keep the dog, he/she is obliged to return the dog to the breeder, who will then find him an adequate home. If the owner sells, alienates or turns the dog over to an asylum/kennel, he will be considered to be in breach of contract and will be obliged to pay the fine for this breach of contract. If the owner cannot keep the dog but knows of a person/family that would provide the dog with a good home, the owner is obliged to introduce the breeder to this person. The new owner is obliged to sign a new contract and adhere to its provisions.
The puppy cannot be given to the new owner prior to 12 weeks of age (minimum). The owner is obliged to take the puppy to a vet within 96 hours (4 days) from the day the puppy is transferred to his care. If it is established that the puppy suffers from serious genetic flaws or a serious illness dating from the time the puppy was still in the breeder's care, the breeder will take the puppy back with a full refund of the sales purchase price and the costs of the veterinary examination. If the breeder does not receive, within 96 hours of the transfer, an official certificate from the vet stating that the puppy is suffering from the aforementioned diseases and conditions, the puppy will be considered healthy.
BREECH OF CONTRACT
If it is established that the owner is not adhering to the provisions of this contract on maintenance, or that he/she is mistreating/abusing the dog in any way, the dog will be returned to the breeder immediately. Breech of any provision of this contract has, as a consequence, payment of a breach of contract fee of 5000 Euros (five thousand Euros) in dinars, at the day of the payment, according to the middle exchange rate of the NBS. The owner is also obliged to pay any treatment costs, should the dog require treatment as the result of the owner's poor care.
By signing this Contract, the owner confirms that he/she has read and completely understood all provisions of this contract.
For any disputes, arising from breach of contract, the competent court shall be the competent court with the jurisdiction over the breeder's residence.
