The best father, high quality trainer and handler and soon to be the owner of the elite dog boarding facility. If I have left out the word "friend", it is because it is to be written in capital letters: FRIEND.
"Kali Casa" kennel thanks him for all the effort he has put into preparing its dogs for the shows, as well as for the selfless help he lends us when we need to perform a quality breeding abroad.

In a simple newspaper add I recognized a person that I would share a part of my life with. She began walking my dogs in Kalimegdan, now she spends half of her day with them, we have raised two litters together and in the future... who knows? Maybe we will open a veterinary clinic together. |  |

This is a man capable of performing any task and fulfilling any obligation life may set before him. The mere thought of having someone who will comfort you with the words "Don't you worry about a thing, and if you need any help, any help at all, just let me know" makes you feel warm at heart. And so it was, when I was nervously preparing my first All-breed Baby Review for the CACIB Belgrade in 2005, as well as when the preparations of the first FCI Group IX Specialty Show were in the final stages, and so it shall probably be in the future as well. I will make sure this friend of ours never changes.

During the nineteen-nineties, he tried to explain to me that I should have a Rottweiler. He said that I should have someone to guard me, not someone I needed to watch over all the time. This is the only thing he was not right at. He could not foresee that I would not be satisfied with one dog, and that my pack would take better care of me than a Rottweiler could. I can say with complete certainty: if it were not for Zoran, I would not feel safe in my work as a breeder.

I gave her shelter from the sun and let her join us in our tent, invited her to join us at the next show with her Bolognese, Mrvica and Charlie and it was sufficient to make us realize that there were many things we had in common, despite the large age difference. I admire her aggressive energy, her unusual desire and perseverance in achieving perfection in all her efforts. In some of her ways I see myself when I was her age: everything has to be now, every response is immediate. I will try to teach her some of the shortcuts that also lead to where she wants to go, because Marija deserves it. I can see in her a successful judge that will soon have a lot to contribute to the development of the dog sport.

Long time ago, I gave her a puppy. She had been sad and little Peca was the comfort this girl needed after the loss of her mother. Four years later she lost again - her white hairball was gone. Almost to the day when Peca had died, Bianko Angelo - Andjelko was born. She is a founding member of the Toy Club Belgrade and our first Baby Review would not have happened without her help.

This young man is one of the most pleasant surprises in the dog sport. In love with the Maltese, he now gives all his love to Gracia and Thalia. We met at one of the shows in Belgrade three years ago. It was the warm and sincere look in his eyes that won me over. In a short time, I shared with him my grooming experiences. I believe his connection with the Maltese is completely special and I am very sorry that he has not chosen to pursue a professional career in grooming of these "hairballs".

Early in the autumn, on September 06, 2006, we said farewell to our friend with whom we were inseparable, passionate fancier of the Pekingese and Bedlington terriers. Since then, the shows have become sad and our successes mean less to us. I hope that time will bring back the smiles to our faces, as it is what this big heart would have wanted. We will cherish the memory of her "special kind of communication" and the love she had for dogs and humans alike. With her departure we have become aware of just how IMPORTANT and NECESSARY our comradery at shows is. |
